Job summary

ProAmpac is hiring a Monday-Friday 2nd Shift Packaging Associate in Neenah, Wisconsin. The role focuses on efficient packaging operations, labeling, and ensuring products meet customer specifications in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and prior forklift experience is preferred. This role supports production with accurate materials handling and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Palletize and stretch wrap finished materials from machine centers.
• Package and label finished goods per customer specs.
• Complete put-away of finished goods in designated locations.
• Maintain adequate supply levels at machines to prevent downtime.
• Coordinate with Shipping to prioritize daily workload.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety, food safety, and quality policies and procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Palletize and stretch wrap finished materials from machine centers.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished product per customer specifications.
• Complete finished goods put-away in designated storage locations.
• Maintain adequate supply levels at machines to prevent downtime.
• Work closely with Shipping personnel to prioritize daily workload.
• Operate fork, clamp, and prong trucks safely and efficiently.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, and quality policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
