Job summary

ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Associate for a Monday–Friday 2nd shift (2-10 PM) in Neenah, WI. The role focuses on safe, efficient packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include palletizing, labeling, and warehouse put-away, with emphasis on safety and quality compliance. Forklift experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Palletize and stretch wrap finished materials from machine centers.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished product per customer specifications.
• Complete finished goods put-away in designated storage locations.
• Maintain adequate supply levels at machines to prevent downtime.
• Work closely with Shipping personnel to prioritize daily workload.
• Operate forklift, clamp, and prong trucks safely and efficiently.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, and quality policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
