Job summary

Altium Packaging is hiring a Production Packaging Associate in New Castle, PA. This entry level role packages materials and finished products, loads and moves materials, and operates packaging equipment while following GMP.

The 2nd shift runs 3:50pm to 12:20am with a base pay of $16.25 per hour and a $0.50 shift differential. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety policies, monitoring lines, and ensuring correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area and maintain organized workstations.
• Duties may differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.
