Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in outbound to meet daily goals and ensure productivity and quality.
• Lead daily team meetings to set expectations, assign tasks, and share best practices.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance scorecards and feedback to individuals.
• Coordinate cross-training and staffing to cover multiple departments as needed.
• Enforce company policies and warehouse safety guidelines.
