Ferguson is hiring 2nd shift Order Selectors for the Fort Payne, AL distribution center. This role targets candidates with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and dependability.

Schedule includes 3-10 hour shifts Monday-Wednesday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM. Starting pay is $21 per hour plus full-time benefits after 30 days, with comprehensive health, retirement, and time-off programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, order selectors).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment safely per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Receive inbound shipments and register them accurately.
• Sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
