Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking 2nd shift Order Selectors for our Fort Payne, Alabama distribution center. Ideal candidates have warehouse or shipping/receiving experience and take pride in safe, accurate work. OSHA-aligned practices and PPE compliance are required.

You will operate PIT equipment, use RF scanners/voice systems, and participate in inventory control while maintaining a productive pace and teamwork-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, distribution, shipping or receiving experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Experience with RF scanners or voice systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Receive inbound shipments and register them correctly.
• Sort, stage, store, and transport products to assigned locations.
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, or labor management tools to track inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, safe workspace.
