Pay is $15.00 per hour with 1st shift; prior warehouse experience and ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts are advantageous. High school diploma or GED preferred, with safety and Lean practices emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse/material handling experience beneficial.
• Ability to identify products, labels, and shipping docs.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with raw materials using stand-up forklift.
• Move unfinished goods through manufacturing process.
• Maintain kit carts and inventory support.
• Receive, store, and organize materials.
• Consolidate stockroom inventory and assist counts.
• Load, unload, lift, push, and pull materials safely.
• Follow receiving procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain 6S and Lean manufacturing standards.
• Operate ovens and maintain varnish levels when assigned.
• Meet productivity and efficiency goals.
