Pepsi Bottling Ventures is hiring for a 2nd Shift Order Picker / Warehouse Associate in St. Pauls, NC. The role involves pulling, loading, unloading, stacking, pallet building, wrapping, transporting, counting, and quality control of PBV products and materials.

You will use voice or paper pick tickets and automated systems to ensure accurate orders, while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment. High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be able to pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate material handling equipment.
• Computer/HMI skills and good math, reading, writing, and communication abilities.
• Ability to read and understand product labels, load tickets, and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Verify accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintain records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) for each task according to SOPs.
• Count goods returned to the plant and assess damage or fullness.
• Safely operate yard switcher and trucks for loading/unloading.
• Interface with automation systems and pick systems to verify and record product and pallet accuracy.
• Troubleshoot basic system errors and perform maintenance on automation systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment to store, stage, retrieve, and load products.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and keep work area clean and organized.
• Carry out janitorial tasks as needed and adhere to GMP and food safety rules.
