Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Garner, NC is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support PBV’s warehouse operations with safety and efficiency. You will pull, load, unload, sort, stack, and palletize products, counting and recording activity to ensure accuracy and inventory control.

Responsibilities include operating yard switchers and forklifts, using pick tickets and BOLs, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non climate-controlled areas is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate equipment.
• At least 6 months forklift experience preferred.
• Good math, reading, and communication skills.
• Able to work in non climate controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and quality of products received and shipped.
• Handle check-in/check-out duties, maintain records for tasks.
• Count goods returned and manage pallet loading/unloading.
• Operate yard switcher, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Record product data and ensure proper inventory counts.
• Follow safety guidelines and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Perform janitorial tasks to maintain a clean workspace.
