Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment.
• Forklift experience preferred (6+ months).
• Computer/HMI skills needed.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Good math, reading, writing and communication skills.
• Able to read labels and load tickets.
• Able to count large quantities accurately.
• Must follow procedures and safety rules.
• Able to work in non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received and shipped.
• Performs check-in/check-out duties and maintains records (BOLs, receivers, tickets).
• Counts returned goods and inspects for damage or fullness.
• Interacts with automation systems and voice/paper pick tickets for pallet building.
• Operates forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Performs safety checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
• Performs janitorial tasks to keep area clean and organized.
• May switch trailers and move yard equipment as needed.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety guidelines.
