Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 6pm–2:30am shift (Sun–Thu) to support PBV’s warehouse operations. Responsibilities include receiving, verifying, loading, unloading, staging, counting, and ensuring accurate pallet build and shipment readiness.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and solid math/reading skills. Candidates must be able to work in a climate-controlled environment and follow GMP and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass forklift skills assessment and operate PBV equipment safely.
• Six months forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills are required.
• Mechanical aptitude is needed for equipment and processes.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Sorting and grouping skills are essential.
• Must read and understand product labels and load tickets.
• Able to count large quantities and follow procedures.
• Work in a non climate-controlled warehouse with exposure to temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and quality of received and shipped products.
• Perform check-in/check-out duties and maintain records (BOLs, receipts, tickets).
• Count goods returned to the plant from sales/delivery.
• Interact with automation systems and pick systems to verify and record products.
• Identify faults, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on automation systems.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Perform safety checks and janitorial tasks to keep the space clean.
