Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in the Carolinas and surrounding states. You will verify product accuracy, operate warehouse systems, and palletize items for shipment in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities include handling check-in/check-out tasks, maintaining records, and performing routine safety checks while supporting janitorial duties as needed. Experience with forklifts and basic maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
• At least six months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/human interface skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Sorting and grouping skills.
• Ability to read and understand product labels and load ticket instructions.
• Ability to count large quantities of products and materials.
• Ability to read/hear and understand procedures.

Responsabilités

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Performs all check-in/check-out duties and maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
• Counts goods returned to the plant and checks condition.
• Interacts with automation systems and verification tools to build and verify pallets.
• Identifies machine faults and performs basic maintenance on automation systems.
• Safely operates forklifts and other equipment to move, load, and unload products.
• Performs safety checks on machinery and keeps area clean.
• Performs janitorial tasks as needed to maintain a clean space.
• May handle yard switching and trailer movements between parking areas and docks.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety rules.
