Job summary

B&G Foods Inc. in Ankeny, IA is seeking a 2nd shift order picker. The role runs 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday–Friday with overtime on weekends as required. Hourly rate $22.93.

You will accurately select products, assemble for shipment, and verify orders for customers and pool distribution points. You’ll also update inventory as items are picked. Responsibilities include picking finished products, following safety regulations, moving orders to conveyors, clearing jams, and palletizing/ wrapping

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick finished products from storage racks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety regulations to prevent injuries.
• Perform functions within the pick module and send orders to conveyors for wrapping.
• Monitor conveyors and remove jams as needed.
• Prepare orders for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, labeling.
