Buddy Moore Trucking Inc. seeks a Driver Manager for the 2nd shift (3pm–midnight) to oversee daily driver activity, coordinate with planners, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries nationwide from our Anderson, SC operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and adherence to regulations, with a salary position and full benefits. Candidates should have dispatch experience and familiarity with McLeod and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-3 years of dispatch or fleet management experience.
• Proficient with truck dispatch software.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicate ETAs with load planners.
• Utilize McLeod to assign work to drivers nationwide.
• Direct daily activities of drivers in designated territories.
• Provide guidance on complying with local, state, and federal statutes.
• Ensure drivers are safe, productive and on time.
• Counsel drivers and assist with over the road issues.
• Assist with keeping driver documents up to date (license renewals, random tests, physicals).
• Willing to work second shift hours - 3pm to Midnight.
