Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a 2nd Shift Order Filler Lead at our Hilliard, Ohio distribution center. You will supervise order filling staff, maintain workflow, and train new associates while ensuring accurate picking and timely shipping.

The role requires 1–3 years in a warehouse setting, ability to read/write, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand all day. Hours are 2:30pm–11pm, with a pay rate of $23/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to supervise order filling staff and maintain workflow.
• Must read and write small letters and numbers; perform arithmetic and follow written instructions.
• Strong communication with management and team is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand all day.

Responsibilities

• Supervise order filling staff per DC Manager guidelines.
• Maintain scheduled flow during order filling and manage break times.
• Train and onboard new order filling associates.
• Select, scan, and verify orders for packing and shipping.
• Keep work area organized and ensure cleanliness.
