Job summary

Watlow is seeking a 2nd Shift Operator at our St. Louis Manufacturing Center of Excellence. The role involves operating equipment, assembling and inspecting products, and maintaining safe production runs. Training may start on the day shift as you transition to the 2nd shift.

Starting pay is $19.73 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential for the 2nd shift. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, value quality, and teamwork while learning new skills.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Read and comprehend measurements.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work individually and in teams.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times.
