Job summary

Watlow is hiring a 2nd Shift Operator at our St. Louis Manufacturing Center of Excellence. You will operate equipment, assemble products, inspect quality, and keep production running safely and efficiently.

The role balances independent work with teamwork and emphasizes meeting takt-time production goals. Starting pay is $19.73 per hour with shift hours 3:30 PM to midnight, with possible day-shift training initially.

Start your manufacturing career with Watlow as an Operator at our St. Louis Manufacturing Center of Excellence. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to learn new skills. You'll work to operate equipment, assemble and inspect products, and keep production running safely and efficiently. This role offers a balance to work both independently and as part of a team.

Starting Pay: $19.73 per hour Shift Hours: 3:30 PM-midnight-- May initially train on day shift before transitioning to second shift.

Your Key Responsibilities
