Shift Hours: 3:00p - 1:30a Monday-Thursday

The operator role is a challenging opportunity for an individual interested in producing a high-quality product that will be used to enrich the lives of others. This role is capable of contributing to all phases of the production process using autonomy, mastery and purpose, and works under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions. The ideal candidate will be able to work individually as well as in teams.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED certificate or equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Established good attendance record at previous employment
• Work history does not exceed more than two jobs in the past year

Desired Qualifications

• Up to three years of related manufacturing experience is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge with basic computer systems
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Willingness to be a cross-functional team member
• Ability to learn new skills and follow directions
