Job summary

Watlow is seeking a 2nd Shift Operator at our St. Louis Manufacturing Center of Excellence. The role involves operating equipment, assembling and inspecting products, and maintaining safe production runs. Training may start on the day shift as you transition to the 2nd shift.

Starting pay is $19.73 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential for the 2nd shift. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, value quality, and teamwork while learning new skills.

We are hiring a: 2nd Shift Operator

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to learn new skills. You’ll work to operate equipment, assemble and inspect products, and keep production running safely and efficiently. This role offers a balance to work both independently and as part of a team.

Starting Pay: $19.73 per hour; plus $1.50 differential for 2nd Shift
Shift Hours: 3:30 PM-midnight-- May initially train on day shift before transitioning to second shift.
