Job summary

Watlow in St. Louis, MO is hiring a 2nd Shift Operator to operate equipment, assemble and inspect products, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. The role offers hands-on work with opportunities to learn and grow within a manufacturing center of excellence.

Starting pay is $19.73 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential. Shift hours are 3:30 PM to midnight; training may begin on days before transitioning to second shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to three years of related work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer systems.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
• Willingness to be cross-functional and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and machinery to prepare and assemble products.
• Assure products meet quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Meet production metrics (takt time).
• Check and fill out reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times.
