Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a production assembler to work on the plant floor, supporting lines for dampers and paint processes. The role involves operating washing, welding, filling, and final assembly steps while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

You will learn multiple stations, perform quality inspections, and collaborate with team members to keep production flowing. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and comprehend work instructions, policies and safety analyses.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to work as a team member and meet production, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Move materials to wash platform and inspect parts for quality.
• Load parts into wash machine and monitor the process.
• Assemble units with bushings after washing.
• Weld, transfer to conveyor, and apply silicone during filling.
• Insert plugs at the silicone fill hole and weld for sealing.
• Install tone rings when required and prepare parts for packaging.
• Package completed parts and coordinate with material handler for shipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, orderly work area.
