JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for assembling products or components on a production line while ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency. This role requires the use of various tools and equipment to fasten, fit, or cut parts in accordance with detailed instructions and blueprints. Employees are expected to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while operating in a fast-paced production setting. The position involves frequent lifting of heavy parts with the assistance of overhead hoist equipment at designated stations.
Strong attention to detail is required to perform quality inspections and accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation. Employees will be trained to work at multiple stations across the production line, with the first day consisting of observational training.
Team members must work collaboratively to maintain production flow and meet performance expectations.
Work Location: Plant 1
Additional Duties: Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Employees are responsible for supporting the production process across Lines 1–3 and Line 5, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to customer specifications.
Employees are responsible for operating and supporting the paint line process while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.
Employees are responsible for operating the fin welder station while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.
Tools: Staple guns, utility knives, RF scanner computer/software, printers, pallet jack, gages, tape poker.
Protective Personal Equipment: Eye protection, steel toe boots, anti-fatigue mats, ear plugs, and anti-cut gloves.
Environment: The work environment is climate-controlled but can be noisy, with frequent heavy forklift traffic. Employees work collaboratively with others to ensure production is maintained at the required pace throughout the shift.
