Job summary

Johnsonville is seeking a team leader for our Sheboygan Falls facility to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead, motivate and train team members, ensuring compliance with GMP/HACCP and production schedules while fostering a collaborative work environment across shifts.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, and participating in daily meetings to optimize performance and develop talent within the Johnsonville Way.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a food manufacturing environment, preferably USDA facilities.
• Minimum 3 years of proven leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members to drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.
• Understand and train on inbound/outbound material handling processes.
• Create environment that encourages involvement and program adoption.
• Keep teams informed about safety, quality, and operational issues.
• Foster a safe, collaborative team atmosphere and continuous improvement.
• Participate in daily meetings and shift hand-offs.
• Participate in projects and manage crew scheduling and timecards.
