Job summary

Johnsonville is seeking an Assistant Food Safety/Quality Manager in Watertown, WI. You will lead food safety, quality and animal welfare initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and best-in-class practices.

You will coordinate internal and third‑party audits (SQF and customer), maintain HACCP/food safety programs, and support regulatory compliance with USDA and other agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience with certifications considered.
