American Aluminum Extrusion is seeking an entry-level Operations Level 1 in Roscoe, IL. You will work closely with the saw operator and press team to ensure proper packaging, inspecting, sorting, and loading material according to job specifications.

No experience is required; we will train you. This role offers opportunities for advancement through Levels 2–5, with shift Premium Pay, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to read tape measure and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work with the saw operator and press team to package, inspect, sort, and load material according to job specifications.
• Assist in ensuring packaging meets job specs and promotes quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in a manufacturing setting.
