Job summary
American Aluminum Extrusion Company in Roscoe, IL is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to maintain manufacturing equipment in a safe, reliable operating condition. You will troubleshoot, monitor, repair, install, and service machinery throughout the facility.
The role requires at least two years in industrial maintenance and experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, plus PLC troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and interpret electrical diagrams.
- Willingness to learn AAEs manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain manufacturing equipment in a safe, reliable, and productive condition.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, adjust, repair, install and service equipment across the facility.
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety requirements.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders safely.
