Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Vernon, CA to lead production operators across multiple packaging lines and drive performance on the 2nd shift. You will coach the team, manage labor and operating expenses, and coordinate packaging activities with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

You will review production records, implement improvements, and develop staff while maintaining compliance with site goals and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory level experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and data-based problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Word; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach production operators on daily/weekly schedules.
• Manage within labor and operating expense budget.
• Coordinate beverages packaging, ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
• Meet productivity, quality, safety, health, environmental and morale goals.
• Review production records to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement and staff development.
• Ensure equipment is safe and in working order; provide actionable feedback.
