Job summary

Neovia Logistics seeks an Operations Supervisor II for the 2nd shift to oversee facility operations, policy execution, and resource planning to meet business needs. You will drive material and labor utilization while aligning with corporate goals.

You will supervise purchasing, distribution, and client-operation support, with emphasis on cost control and staff performance. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Currently works in an operation with multiple variables and multi-shift or process area responsibility, with minimal direct supervision.
• Has 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of performance.
• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead work within corporate strategies, policy frameworks and designs, and implement operational strategies to meet short and long term goals.
• Supervise and lead the purchasing of materials and equipment to ensure uninterrupted supply at optimal cost.
• Supervise and lead operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products.
• Supervise and lead support for a client's operation and optimize costs.
• Supervise and lead, motivate subordinate staff, review performance, and support their development.
• Other duties as assigned.
