CRG Search is seeking a Plant Operations Supervisor to lead a shift in our Tennessee facility. You will oversee receiving, materials prep, conversion, filling, labeling, and shipping while guiding a team of about 40 hourly employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, development, GMP compliance, food safety, and continuous improvement, with a Monday-Friday schedule on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and close collaboration with the department manager and

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in a science- or technical-related field preferred but not required.
Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (lead, shift supervisor or manager).
Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing is a plus and manufacturing/production knowledge is required.
Direct leadership of a shift team with a focus on safety, quality, productivity and service.

Responsabilidades

Direct team leadership to meet area, plant, and company objectives on shift.
Coach and develop area employees; spend significant time on the production floor.
Ensure compliance with GMPs, sanitation, quality programs, and safety requirements.
Support Continuous Improvement projects and report to Department Manager.
