Job summary

HTI is hiring for a Paint Process Technician on a stable second shift in an automotive manufacturing setting. You will monitor and operate paint lines, robots, and related systems while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires 2–3 years in painted parts production, a mechanical/electrical/pneumatic background, and experience with robotics and paint Application systems. Growth opportunities and a strong team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in painted parts production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics.
• Experience with robotics and paint application systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain paint processes including robots, booths, and water treatment systems.
• Analyze process deviations and implement corrective actions to improve equipment performance and OEE.
• Start up, operate, and shut down paint lines safely according to production schedules.
