Responsibilities

• Assisterar produktionschef i att fördela, samordna och övervaka skiftets arbetsplaner.
• Ger regelbunden feedback och föreslår åtgärder till ledningen.
• Inkluderar organisering av produktionlinjer, skiftprioriteringar och kritiska situationer.
• Säkerställer att operatörer har material som behövs.
• Assisterar vid utbildning och kors-utbildning av teammedlemmar. Övriga uppgifter enligt behov.

Operations Manager

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Jonesboro, Arkansas

This position works 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.

**This is a Safety Sensitive position under the Arkansas Medical MarijuanaAmendment of 2016.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Assists production supervisors in allocating, coordinating and overseeing shift order and work plan execution within production lines during shifts.
• Provides regular feedback and makes recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line.
• Including production line organization, shifting priorities and possible critical situations.
• Ensures that operators have materials necessary to complete tasks.
• Assists in training and cross‑training of team members. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the role:

• HS diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience / training or combination
• Good Communication Skills
• Leadership skills including the ability to effectively influence
• Basic business acumen
• Basic problem solving skills
• Safety and Quality focused
• Computer literate – Must be able to develop, analyze and present data developed from the use of the
