Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur in Reading, OH is seeking compassionate PRN nurses (RN/LPN) to join our 80-bed, five-star facility. This role delivers high-quality, personalized care to our Sisters, supporting comfort, safety, and well-being, in a faith-based environment.

We offer both Full-Time 32 hours/week (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., Mon/Tues/Wed/Sat) and Part-Time 24 hours/week (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., Mon/Tues/Sat; Sun/Thu/Fri).

Qualifications

• Current and valid Ohio license (RN or LPN).
• Experience in long term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to serving Sisters with kindness, respect, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor Sisters' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise and support STNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable PRN Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. This vital role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to our Sisters, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Schedules available:

Full-Time – 32 hours/week

2:00 p.m. -10:30 p.m.

Mon/Tues/Wed/Sat

Sun/Wed/Thurs/Fri

Part-Time – 24 hours/week

2:00 p.m. -10:30 p.m.

Mon/Tues/Sat

Sun/Thurs/Fri

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on nursing care and assist in implementing individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
