The Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur is seeking compassionate PRN Nurses (RN/LPN) to join our 80-bed, five-star long-term care residence. You will provide personalized nursing care to our Sisters, ensuring comfort, safety and well-being in a faith-based setting.

We offer full-time (32 hours/week) and part-time (24 hours/week) schedules with generous benefits, low patient ratios, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Current and valid license in the State of Ohio (LPN or RN).
• Previous experience in long term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care and assist in implementing individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor Sisters conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN and physician.
• Supervise and support STNAs, ensuring quality care and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable PRN Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. This vital role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to our Sisters, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Schedules available:

Full-Time - 32 hours/week

2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Mon/Tues/Wed/Sat

Sun/Wed/Thurs/Fri

Part-Time - 24 hours/week
