Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur in Cincinnati, OH is seeking compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our 80-bed, five-star facility. You will provide personalized, high-quality care to our Sisters in a faith-based environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and supporting nursing staff. Requires a valid STNA certification and prior healthcare experience; LTC experience preferred.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to Sisters.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed; transport Sisters to appointments and activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and documentation.
• Follow care plans to ensure Sisters' comfort and safety.
• Care for Sisters at end of life as needed.
• Report to work during severe weather as an essential worker.
• Chart in PointClickCare (PCC).

Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur is a long-term care residence for Sisters who have dedicated their lives to serving God. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our Sisters in a faith-based environment. Our mission is to extend God’s goodness through service.

We are seeking compassionate and reliable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. In this role, you will provide personalized, high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with our Sisters and ensuring they feel valued, supported, and comfortable each day. Our team benefits from lower Sister-to-staff ratios, allowing caregivers the time to provide attentive and relationship-centered care.

Bi-weekly Schedules (2:00p-10:30p):

*Full-Time -32 hours/week

Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat/Sun/Wed/Thurs/Fri

*Part-Time - 24 hours/week

Sun/Tues/Thurs/Tues/Thurs/Sat

*Part-Time - 16 hours/week

Sun/Tues/Thurs/Sat

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Sisters with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Provide emotional support and companionship to Sisters
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed-Transport Sisters to appointments and activities

• Follow care plans and ensure Sisters comfort and safety at all times
• Able to care for Sisters at end stage of life
• Considered an essential worker so have to report to work during severe weather
• Chart in PointClickCare (PCC)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting
• Long Term Care experience preferred-
