Qualifications

• Must stand for a full shift in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
• Ability to learn basic machining concepts and use measuring devices.
• Work closely with teammates and supervisors to optimize production.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from process sheets, blueprints, or verbal directions to achieve outcomes.
• Install machine fixtures to ensure safe operation.
• Set up and operate machines (lathes, mills, drills, presses, CNC) per specifications.
• Inspect operations and measure finished products to verify tolerances and quality.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, use PPE, and follow crane/buddy-system procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
