Job summary

Drug Plastics Group is seeking a Molding Operator for the 2nd shift (Monday through Friday) to pack finished products, inspect against PQS, and ensure quality standards. The role involves operating production equipment, handling cartons, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, preferably plastics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to GMP policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Plastics industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to maximize product quality and production efficiency.
• Diagnose and report mechanical problems to supervisor.
• Visually inspect parts and perform quality checks per PQS standards.
• Collect sample parts for QC evaluation.
• Move finished goods to staging areas using hand pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and follow GMPs.
• Record downtime and scrap accurately on work orders.
• Ensure packaging accuracy and traceability of products.
