South Western Communications, Inc. seeks a Class B MIG Welder for the 2nd shift in Strafford, MO. You will MIG weld doors, sills, handles, tanks, and stainless components and read blueprints to ensure precise fabrication.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months MIG welding experience or completed trade school training.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable with dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld doors, sills, handles, tanks, and stainless components.
• Complete tack welding, grinding, and finishing work.
• Rotate across Cell 5 welding positions.
• Read blueprints and part lists for fabrication.
• Use a tape measure for precise measurements.
• Operate shop tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow PPE and safety requirements.
• Meet production goals and attendance expectations.
