The position is on second shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30pm-1:30am) in Strafford, MO, with pay $20-$22 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift differential. Candidates should read blueprints, follow PPE guidelines, and work well in a team to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months MIG welding experience or Trade School training.
• TIG welding experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Reliable and dependable attendance is required.
• Ability to problem-solve and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding to production standards.
• Tack weld efficiently; grind when required.
• Work across multiple welding positions, including welding, tacking, stud, and bung welds.
• Read and interpret blueprints and part lists.
• Accurately measure using a tape measure.
• Safely operate shop tools and equipment.
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements.
• Stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
