Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fabrication environment with MIG/TIG/stick welding and flux-core.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols accurately.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisor experience in a shop setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor welders on the shop floor to ensure quality and productivity.
• Organize daily work, manage material staging, and keep jobs on schedule.
• Uphold quality and safety standards and document processes and results.
• Read and interpret complex prints and weld symbols to guide fabrication work.
