Job Description

2nd SHIFT MIG WELDER

Automation Personnel Services is seeking several 2nd shift MIG Welders for a fabrication facility in Jasper, TN. In this role, you will work in a production environment at a metal fabrication plant. This position is full-time, temporary to permanent.

Pay Rate

2nd shift: $18.50 per hour

Schedule and Hours

2nd shift: 2:30 pm - 1:00 am, Monday - Friday

Duties & Responsibilities

• Read material prints and verify measurements of parts
• Perform quality inspections
• Grinding when needed
• Operate the crane for heavy lifting

Qualifications and Requirements

• Read tape measure to 1/32 (tape measure test will be conducted)
• Weld aluminum (preferred, not required)
• Experience in steel production welding environment
• Regularly lift 50 pounds (assessment will be conducted)
• Background check and drug screening required
