Shifts Available: 1st Shift M-F 6:30am- 2:30pm; 2nd Shift M-F 3:00pm - 1:00am

Starting Pay: $18.70/hour
Performance review at 60 & 180 days
Employees also become eligible for a weekly production bonus after 90 days of employment. Bonus eligibility based on attendance.

Job Description:

1. Welders will be reading and working from shop prints and diagrams to be able to accurately cut and weld aluminum extrusions to within 1/32” per order specifications.
2. Assemble and package gates to match specific orders for shipment.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in TIG welding production.
2. Welding certification is desirable but not required.
3. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing is required.
4. Accurate math skills are essential.
