H3 Manufacturing seeks a skilled 1G/2G/3G MIG & TIG Welder for our Fisher, IL facility. The role focuses on welding and fabricating parts per blueprints, using MIG/TIG/STICK/FLUX processes. A strong safety mindset and attention to detail are essential.

The position requires passing a 1G/2G/3G weld test, and candidates should have a HS diploma or GED with welding training. ITAR-related access rules apply with no sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Welding school preferred.
• Must be able to pass a 1G/2G/3G weld test (Required).

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate parts per blueprint specifications.
• Wit and weld steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals using MIG/TIG/FLUX and/or STICK processes.
• Use measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy of welds.
• Verify conformance to blueprint specs with precision instruments.
• Maintain welding equipment in good working order.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Record and report production data accurately and timely.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance welding processes.
