Job summary

Air Distribution Limited seeks an experienced Welder to perform MIG and TIG welding, fabricate and assemble sheet metal components and structural assemblies per engineering drawings and quality standards. The role supports production by welding, fabricating, and assembling while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity requirements are met.

Qualifications include 1–3 years of welding experience, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with MIG welding (TIG preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years welding experience in manufacturing/sheet metal.
• Proficient with MIG welding; TIG welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• MIG, TIG, spot welding and other approved processes on sheet metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, and measuring tools.
• Inspect welds for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and follow PPE requirements.
