Advantage Technical is hiring a Production Specialist for the 2nd shift in Acton, MA to support medical device manufacturing. The role involves assembly, configuration, quality inspections, and production support in a highly regulated environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing or assembly, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written procedures in English. The position includes benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, electronics assembly or warehouse roles preferred.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to distinguish red, green and blue indicators on electronic devices.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions in English.
• Comfortable performing light mechanical assembly and repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, label, test, and package medical device products and component kits.
• Configure and inspect handheld devices according to procedures.
• Operate testing equipment and verify product quality standards.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, stock replenishment and reconciliation.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Identify and report quality, safety, or process concerns.
• Support continuous improvement with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain a clean, compliant production environment.
