• Lead and coordinate daily production operations to meet goals, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• Prioritize production schedules based on new product introductions, equipment efficiency, and material availability.
• Plan and monitor procedures, budgets, and resources for efficient workflow and business objectives.
• Make budgetary recommendations for capital expenditures and labor needs.
• Select, train, and develop personnel to ensure strong performance and engagement.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, and manpower for assigned areas.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain) to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Ensure operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
