Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Medical Device Operator for the Delano, MN area. In a cleanroom, you will mold, trim, and assemble precision components used in life-saving devices. No prior experience required—we provide full training.

You’ll work on the 2nd shift in a climate-controlled, safe environment with opportunities for growth. We offer competitive compensation with a bonus potential and a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and tuition

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding is preferred.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn and use a microscope.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand/sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machine safely and efficiently with designated tools.
• Use hand-held tools as necessary.
• Follow SOP/PSOP startup and shutdown procedures.
• Read and perform duties per SOP/PSOP.
• Work overtime as required.
