Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions in Litchfield, MN is seeking Production Operators to join the team on 2nd shift, 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm. You will perform manual, semi-automated or automated tasks to manufacture sub-assemblies and final products while maintaining quality, safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to work on 2nd shift (2:45 pm – 11:15 pm).

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment to produce and finish parts meeting customer specifications.
• Perform routine checks with a microscope and conduct minor rework/repairs as needed.
• Maintain productivity, quality, on-time delivery and safety for self and coworkers.
• With training, work on a variety of parts with limited supervision.

• Job Responsibilities:Perform a variety of manual, semi-automated or automated tasks necessary for the manufacture of sub-assemblies and/or final product while maintaining productivity, quality, on-time delivery and safety of self and co-workers. The Production Operator operates assigned equipment to produce and finish parts that meet the specifications defined by our customers. Job occasionally involves the use of a microscope to perform routine, repetitive checking of production parts and the performance of minor rework/repairs to identified defects using a variety of small hand-held tools. With training, able to work on a variety of parts with limited supervision
• Education and Experience:High School Graduate or equivalent
