Job summary

Biomerics in Atwood, NC seeks a 2nd shift Assembly Operator to perform daily assembly tasks on the production floor. You will follow process sheets, operate equipment, and ensure quality at each step in a fast-paced medical-device manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, reporting issues, and upholding safety and cleanliness. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 compliance is required. On-site position with opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform everyday functions of the Assembly operations.
• Interpret manufacturing process sheets and use appropriate tools.
• Maintain daily clerical records on production and quality as required.
• Report problems to Assembly Manager.
• Perform in-process quality checks of product produced.
• Maintain high accuracy and safety standards.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
