Job summary

Biomerics is seeking an entry level Quality Control Inspector for the 2nd shift in Winston-Salem, NC. The role inspects materials, components, sub-assemblies and finished devices to specification before stock insertion.

Responsibilities include identifying products and status, reading prints, using measuring tools, and supporting non-conforming material processes. High School diploma or GED with basic math and attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in inspection is a plus.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of materials, components, sub-assemblies and finished devices per specifications.
• Identify the product and inspection/test status.
• Read and understand specifications and drawings.
• Utilize and maintain hand tools, calibrated instruments and measuring equipment.
• Maintain environment integrity by adhering to control room practices.
• Assist in processing non-conforming material during manufacturing.
