Job summary

EPIC Enterprises is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support the Pepsi bottling operations. The role involves preventive maintenance on engines, motors, and production lines, along with troubleshooting, parts replacement, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with strong GMP/OSHA knowledge and solid teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance mechanic experience.
• Maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, OSHA and Production needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of machinery and equipment by performing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions by observing devices and using precision measuring instruments.
• Replace defective parts and adjust components to maintain performance.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.
• Maintain inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies; place orders as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and summarize trends in reports.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and comply with safety procedures.
